Yesterday evening /21.07/ I was at a birthday party and drank some shots and beer there /until 11pm/. Tomorrow /23.07/ at around 10am I have an appointment at the hospital for a left shoulder arthroscopy surgery. Now I am afraid /because of the alcohol/ that there may be problems with the anesthesia. Please respond quickly!!! I am 58 years old, female, and usually drink rarely. Thank you in advance for your response.

You don't need to worry at all! By this time, the alcohol in your blood has been completely metabolized. Therefore, you don't need to inform the anesthesiologist.
