Thank you for your follow-up question. However, you did not need to open a new question with new costs, you could have also used the follow-up function.
Unfortunately, in general with DTA and specifically with the DTA UAE, it does not make a difference if it is a different citizenship, as long as it is not the UAE citizenship.
In general, citizenship in the DTA can only be a determining factor in the country of residence as the very last criterion in a multi-stage examination.
But not in your case.
