I would like to address your question in consideration of the situation you described as follows:

According to the current firearms law in connection with the corresponding annex, detachable barrels are generally permit-free unlike interchangeable barrels, and therefore not subject to registration.

However, the prerequisite for exemption from registration is that they are intended for firearms that are already listed on the permit holder's firearm license.

Since this seems to be the case based on your description, I see no issue regarding the reporting requirement.
