Dear inquirer,
Thank you for your inquiry!
I would like to address your questions based on the situation you described as follows:
The main issue is ensuring that the necessary mandatory information is included in the imprint. The requirements are specified by § 5 of the TDG or § 6 of the TMG.
According to your information, your imprint regarding the mandatory information is as follows:
Publisher: tunstudio.net UG (limited liability) Fichtenstr. 3 85570 Ottenhofen represented by: Mr. Peter Jaeger (responsible for content in accordance with § 6 MDStV)
Contact: Phone: 08121/888 01 31 Fax: 03212/100 25 31 Email: post@tunstudio.net Website: www.tunstudio.net
Register entry: Entry in the commercial register. Register court: Munich Local Court Register number: HRB 182177 Value-added tax identification number (VAT ID): DE267597486
Responsible editor TunMagazin (v.i.S.d.P.): Ines Jaeger (please enter exact address) (Member of the German Association of Press Journalists) www.tunmagazin.net post@tunmagazin.net (for correspondence/guest contributions)
Image sources: PIXELIO: S.3 ©Sigrid Rossmann, S.6 ©Huber, S.7 ©Sigrid Rossmann, S.7 ©Stephanie Hofschlaeger, S.8 ©Uta Herbert, S.8 ©Rainer Sturm, S.9 ©U. Herbert, S.10 ©Verlagsgruppe Droemer-Knaur Manuscripts (the image sources are not necessarily mandatory information in an imprint, but are important to ensure that you do not potentially infringe upon the copyright of the respective images, assuming the author's permission for the use of the images).
Overall, your imprint looks good. I have only added who is responsible for the content of the website according to § 6 MDStV.
Since an imprint should be as accurate as possible, the full and correct address should be provided after Ines Jaeger, not just referred to above.
For "represented by: Mr. Peter Jaeger," the designation "by the managing director" should be added, if Mr. Jaeger is also the managing director of the UG.
It is important that all necessary mandatory information is provided. It is often customary to list the editors right after the publisher, then the contact details, and then the commercial register entry.
I would like to point out the following:
The legal advice I provided is based solely on the information you provided. My response is only an initial legal assessment of the situation, which cannot replace a comprehensive examination of the facts.
By adding or omitting relevant information, a completely different legal assessment may result.
I hope my explanations have been helpful. You are welcome to contact me through the follow-up option on this portal or via my email address.
Have a pleasant Tuesday evening!
Kind regards
