Greetings
Dear inquirer,
Thank you for your inquiry. I would like to answer it as follows:
If the complaint about the costs exceeds a value of €200, which is obviously the case here, an immediate complaint is permissible according to § 567 (2) ZPO.
According to § 569 ZPO, the immediate complaint must be filed within a time limit of two weeks at the court whose decision is being challenged, unless another deadline is specified. The time limit starts, unless otherwise specified, with the delivery of the decision, but no later than five months after the announcement of the decision.
The complaint should also be substantiated by you. Without knowledge of the entire situation and the case files, I cannot provide a definitive answer in this initial consultation from a distance.
If necessary, you should seek support from a colleague on-site.
I hope to have provided you with an initial legal orientation and wish you success and all the best!
I would like to point out the following:
The legal information I provided is based solely on the information you provided. My response is only an initial legal assessment of the situation and cannot replace a comprehensive review of the facts. Adding or omitting relevant information can result in a completely different legal assessment.
I hope my explanations have been helpful to you. Feel free to get in touch with me through the follow-up option.
I wish you a pleasant Wednesday afternoon!
Kind regards from the North Sea coast,
