Spousal support
I have been separated from my wife for about 2 years. She (age 64) lives in my condominium that I (age 53) bought before the marriage. I live in our jointly built holiday home. We have been married for 13 years, including the separation period. My income is approximately 2400 euros net, while my wife receives a pension of 550 euros.
1) How much is the maintenance I will have to pay to my wife without taking into account the benefit of living in the property (3/7 rule)?
2) How long will I have to pay this maintenance under the new maintenance law?
3) During the separation period, I bought a higher-value used car, a motorhome, and a small boat with my own money. Will these items be included in the division of assets?
