Separation year
Since July 2008, I have not been living together with my husband anymore. We have always had very long periods where we did not see each other or understand each other. In late 2009, I filed for divorce for the first time, but I withdrew it after the first court hearing. The reason was that my husband claimed that the separation year had not been fulfilled, as we had occasionally gotten along for 1-4 weeks. From January to September 2011, we did not see each other at all. Then we met more frequently until November. He did not move in with me, and we also have not had sex for 2 years. Since November 2011, we have been completely separated again. I have had a boyfriend for 2 months now, and we plan to move in together. I would like to file for divorce now and make sure that the separation year has been fulfilled. I am concerned that my husband will use our on-off relationship against me, as he does not want a divorce. I urgently request a response.
