My father called me a pig, a miserable scumbag, a kidnapper, and a murderer in the presence of several witnesses, and credibly threatened to kill me with an axe.
A restraining order was issued by the district court and confirmed in a hearing. He admitted to the death threat.
My criminal complaint in this regard was dismissed due to lack of public interest. Are there any ways to still pursue prosecution?
