Bumpy paths with a stroller

Hello,
My newborn is 5 days old. Two days ago, I put the baby in the stroller and had to go over some pretty thick, wide cobblestone pavements (in the old town), causing the baby's head to constantly fall quite strongly to the left and right and the baby to be shaken up a bit. Because it started to rain, I walked a bit faster. The bumpy ride lasted about 300 meters. In hindsight, I wonder if this could have caused any issues (e.g. with the head/neck, whiplash, etc.). Of course, the stroller has a thin foam mattress on which he was lying and his head didn't hit anything. But it looked so bad when his head was constantly falling from side to side, and he is also quite delicate. The stroller has solid/hard rubber tires, not air-filled. This probably made it shake a bit more than air-filled tires would. Otherwise, he seems to be doing well, as far as I can tell as a layperson (his hemoglobin level needs to be monitored as it is borderline high, but that is unrelated). Now I wonder if I did something wrong. How dangerous can bumpy paths be for newborns in strollers? How important is the speed? Do you always have to walk very gently, or is it okay to walk at a slightly faster pace if you have to go over rough cobblestones, as long as the head doesn't hit anything? Do strollers absorb the impact well in these situations?
By the way, I took the baby to the doctor for a blood test shortly after the ride. The doctor didn't notice anything, but I didn't mention the ride because it only occurred to me afterwards that it might have had an impact.

Thank you for your response
Best regards
