Question to an ENT doctor:

I have a feeling of pressure in the area of my right tonsil.

When I press the soft palate slightly to the side at the affected area, a yellow pustule appears, but it cannot be expressed.

Is this part of the tonsil or what exactly is it and what should/can I do about it?

Dear questioner, this looks like a harmless tonsil cyst, which can occur due to mechanical stress on the throat. Let an ENT specialist take a look at it. Regards, C. Welsch
