Dizziness attack while driving.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I have been experiencing bouts of dizziness while driving for some time now. I feel as if I am not moving and everything starts spinning. I have to look in the rearview mirror and focus on a point that is noticeably moving. Initially, this only happened at night during heavy snowfall, when large flakes were falling on the windshield. However, it now also occurs in lightly trafficked tunnels.
What could this be?
