Cervical spine syndrome or something else

Hello,
around the turn of the year, I had a feeling of dizziness and general discomfort. This feeling was present when walking and lying down. It lasted for about 2 weeks and was replaced by a feeling of pressure which was sometimes stronger and sometimes weaker. For the past 2.5 weeks, it has been unbearable. I rarely have no symptoms, the symptoms come and go so far without a recognizable pattern, sometimes a movement triggers something, sometimes not, sometimes it shoots in at rest. When lying down, it is usually a bit better, sometimes even completely gone, until I wake up at night in pain. The symptoms: feeling of intense pressure pain where the skull meets the spine. It feels like someone is drilling into it with a rod. This pain then extends to the left and right of the lower back of the head. The muscle cramp-like pain is excruciating at night, as if someone had hit you with a club or as if the skull were about to burst. A week ago, I also had a strong pressure feeling behind the palate, behind the esophagus (where you swallow), in the nose, and in the ears. This has almost completely subsided. Currently, only a little pressure feeling on the tip of the nose. Headache on the top of the head and tension in the forehead. When I cough in the evening (morning is still okay), my head also hurts. When I walk or move in general, I have pain in the lower/back of the head. The head feels heavy. Sometimes when I bend forward, there is a pulling sensation in the painful area. No hunger/thirst/appetite anymore. Sometimes feels like walking on eggshells. Sometimes a cracking sound in the ear (like in a plane during pressure equalization). When I stretch, it cracks and I imagine that it temporarily gets better.
I have been to the doctor twice so far. He said it could be a neck tension and prescribed physiotherapy. My neck doesn't hurt, it hurts above it. I can move my neck unrestrictedly without pain. The physiotherapy (manual therapy, trigger points) did not help. I have been to the medical emergency services twice and they prescribed diclofenac 75 sl and Etoricoxib Mylan independently. I was supposed to take the diclofenac for 3 days. I did, no improvement. I have been taking Etoricoxib for 2 days now, no improvement. Still waiting for an appointment with an orthopedist, it takes time to get an appointment.
I am female, 38 years old, non-smoker, no alcohol, no Corona (that I know of). Fully vaccinated with Biontech three times. No falls, accidents, or other illnesses. No medications. Never had headaches before.
I am very desperate because I don't know what I have. No one helps and you get passed on from one doctor to another. I can't sleep anymore and have been lying down since then. I would like to go back to work.
Best regards, Anja
