irritable bowel syndrome

My stomach is terribly tight (lower abdomen), I feel bloated, I have had a bowel movement, but my stomach is still tight. I am 52 years old and my last period was in May 2011, is this all related? Am I going through menopause and that's why I have these symptoms?

Thank you for your response.

There is only irritable bowel syndrome for general practitioners and internists. They may on the one hand have exacerbated such symptoms due to menopausal changes, but rather an intolerance and food intolerance type 3 allergy is behind it. These are all covered by health insurance if they have a lactose tolerance test, histamine intolerance test (h, histamine, Dao), and also igg4 test (only egg milk, wheat, gluten, carrot, garlic) done, although the doctor may want to sell them as a hedgehog. With luck, after individual exclusion of certain foods, the symptoms may disappear, which typically only slowly come with aging. Google www.Sylt-gesund-leben, and if necessary, also try a hormone substitution for 3 months.
