concerns about the heart

I occasionally have heart flutters and palpitations. My general practitioner says it's normal, but I have to mention that it was much worse a year ago. Now I only experience it weekly. A lot happened a year ago - moving to a new apartment, the death of my guinea pig. As a child, I often experienced sudden heart palpitations where I had to hold my breath and then it would go away. I have had numerous EKGs in recent years, even a heart ultrasound in 2007, as well as long-term blood pressure monitoring and blood tests, all of which showed no abnormalities. I have never had any heart issues, even my EKG two years ago was fine, as was my blood work. I have been to my doctor recently and everything was normal. I feel great, I can do anything, I don't experience dizziness, I am very productive, and my skin is always rosy. However, I do have severe psychological problems and have always been mentally ill - a hypochondriac. I also take citalopram and see a psychologist. Just yesterday, my heart was fluttering again after who knows how many days, with a few normal beats, a few fast ones, then back to normal. I am always afraid that there may be something wrong. What should I do?
