heart

I occasionally have heart palpitations and skips, my family doctor says it's normal, but I have to say that a year ago it was much worse, now I only have them weekly. A lot happened a year ago, moving to a new apartment, the death of a guinea pig. As a child, I often had a sudden quick heartbeat, I had to hold my breath and then it was gone. Over the years, I had numerous EKGs, in 2007 I even had a heart ultrasound, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, blood tests, all without any findings. I never had any heart problems, even two years ago the EKG and blood tests were normal. I have been to the doctor recently and everything was fine. I feel great, I can do everything, I never feel dizzy, I am very capable, my skin is always rosy. However, I have severe psychological problems, I have always been mentally ill, a hypochondriac. I also have to take Citalopram and see a psychologist. Yesterday, my heart was skipping again after who knows how many days, a few normal beats, a few fast beats, and then it was over. Every time I am so scared that I might have something serious in the end. What should I do?
