Blood values too high

Hello,
my values for AST, ALT, and LDH are too high, AST=397, ALT=167, and LDH=1047. As a result, the area around my liver was checked with ultrasound, but everything looked fine, nothing unusual except for a slight fatty liver. My question is how the significant increases in AST and LDH values can occur? I also have no complaints regarding my heart, etc. Next week, the values will be checked again. Random info: I exercised 4 days before the blood test, so I had powerful pain in my arms and chest in the following days, maybe this information helps.
I am male and 24 years old.
Thank you in advance.

Dear questioner,

In this combination of values, a sampling error could also be the reason. I would recommend repeating the blood test with a general practitioner and monitoring the results. If elevated liver values persist without significant alcohol consumption, taking toxic medications, or being exposed to other sources of poisoning, I would recommend a CT scan. This can be done in a practice within a week.

In the meantime, I wouldn't worry too much as you have already had an ultrasound examination, so it is likely to be a mistake.

If chest pain occurs again with high intensity, accompanied by dizziness and shortness of breath, or if these pains worsen during physical exertion, I recommend seeking medical attention at the hospital.

Wishing you all the best,
Dr. Meyer
