Are swollen lymph nodes normal after mononucleosis?

In June 2013, I had infectious mononucleosis (Pfeiffer's glandular fever). Since then, my lymph nodes in my neck have not fully gone back to normal and are still palpable. I have a lymph node on the right and left side, they are movable. There is also one further down on the right side of my neck. Occasionally, my lymph nodes hurt a bit. I don't think they have grown in size. The lymph nodes in my groin are also slightly enlarged. Now I am worried that it could be lymphoma.

Good day,

Often, the lymph nodes remain slightly enlarged after a mononucleosis infection. In the case of lymphoma, there are significantly more lymph nodes than those you described, they come in whole clusters and can also appear in the groin and under the armpits.
