Addison's disease
Hello, it would be great if an endocrinologist could look at my question if that is possible. I have been experiencing severe exhaustion and terrible fatigue for a long time. I have lost a lot of weight and I am feeling worse and worse. I went to an endocrinologist in January where blood was taken, but that was it. The purpose was to see if it might be Morbus Addison, as I already have an autoimmune disease, Hashimoto, for which I have not needed any medication according to the doctor so far because the values are in the normal range, except for the antibodies which are always very high. My results from the endocrinologist showed that my cortisol level is 50 ug/l, with the normal range being 25-119, ACTH was 10.3 pg/ml with the normal range being 7.2-63.3, DHEA-S was 3350 ug/l with the normal range being 988-3400, and aldosterone was 89 ng/L with the normal range being 22-353. Now I want to know if this can really exclude Addison's disease and if the values could not have worsened in three months. Because the fatigue is almost unbearable and I can barely stay awake. It has become really terrible. Nothing is working anymore. Not even normal household tasks. I would be very grateful for a response. The blood was taken at the end of January around 1 pm. Kind regards.
