Embryo Transfer hCG level
I am 31 years old, have no children, and no previous illnesses. I had an embryo transfer on 26/07/21, and one week later I had a positive pregnancy test. On 04/08/2021, I had a blood test for HCG and the value was 87, which is not very high. So today, 06/08/21, I had another blood test and the value is now 107, which is still not very high. Now I am worried that something is wrong, as I thought the HCG value should double within 48 hours.
Since the transfer, I have been taking duphaston.
My doctor is on vacation and will not be back until 15/08/21, so I don't know what to do now.
Are the values okay or is the chance of a normal embryo development low?
