Wrong intake?

Good morning,
since my doctor is on vacation, I am reaching out to you.
I have been taking L-Thyrox 50 from Hexal and L-Thyrox 75 from Henning alternately for years. Yesterday I took 75 and today I accidentally took another 75 instead of 50. Do I need to be worried now and how should I continue tomorrow?

Good morning,

There is no need to worry, your hormone levels will only fluctuate minimally. Please take 50 µg tomorrow and then continue with 75 and 50 alternately as usual.
