Hello,
My father has been complaining about nausea and a burning sensation all over his body for about 5 months. He also suffers from constant fatigue and believes he has cancer. Many doctor visits and a hospital stay have not found any organic causes. He has had blood taken 4 times, as well as endoscopies of the stomach and intestines, and has also been in an MRI. He had prostate surgery 10 years ago and is now experiencing symptoms again. Could it be related to that, or could it also be psychosomatic symptoms?

Dear questioner, first of all, it is important for you to know that this question cannot be answered without speculation, as I do not know the exact results of the respective examinations and of course cannot examine your father (it is inherent in the nature of things).
It would also be important to know why he was operated on his prostate back then. Was it cancer?
What exactly did the doctors examine when they put him into the tube (suspected recurrence of cancer)? Were the blood results all right or what were they actually looking for? As you can see, at this point I can only make assumptions.
It would also be important to know whether these complaints are occurring for the first time now or whether your father has had this nausea and burning on the body before.
Perhaps you could give me some more details, because an answer is very difficult in this state.
If all organic causes have been ruled out, it could of course also be psychosomatic complaints. This is especially true if there have been problems of any kind lately that may be bothering your father.
A burning sensation on the body can also be a sign of an allergy, but one would also expect skin changes (e.g. reddened skin). Since the burning is caused by the nerves lying in the skin, it would also make sense to consult a neurologist for advice.
Regarding the nausea: is it just nausea or is there also vomiting? Has there been any weight loss?
