Labor findings: FSME virus and Zoster, and fear of hospital.

Hello, I just received my new lab results which are quite concerning to me. Two values are elevated - FSME virus and Zoster - I will forward the findings via email so that an expert can take a look at them. I have been experiencing neurological symptoms for some time now such as cramps, muscle twitching, trembling, tingling, etc... What should I do? I am feeling a bit panicked right now... thank you. Do I need to go to the hospital?
