Fungal infection

Hello, I had a bladder infection last week and had to take a one-time antibiotic. Yesterday, I was at the gynecologist and was diagnosed with a vaginal yeast infection, which I should treat with Canesten and drink OMNi BiOTiC Flora Plus once a day. Now my question is, since I have been experiencing some bloating since taking the antibiotic, would it be advisable to also take the Nystatin solution orally?
