Constantly sick and hot flashes in the morning.

Hello,
I am 32 years old, 160 cm tall, and weigh 52 kg.
I have several pre-existing conditions, including mild hypothyroidism treated with iodine, bronchial asthma, chronic gastritis type A, and migraine with aura. So far, I have been able to manage all of these diseases quite well.
Since October (after a bronchitis treated with antibiotics), I have been almost constantly suffering from a cold, sometimes with milder symptoms and then again with severe coughing and phlegm. In addition, I have had more frequent circulation problems and hot flashes shortly after waking up in the morning. I have also noticed increased hair loss, but this could be subjective. My comprehensive blood test results from 4 weeks ago were all fine. Maybe someone has a tip for me, I am slowly getting desperate, things must start looking up again.
Thank you
Good day,
Unfortunately, doctors define what a "full blood count" is differently than laypeople... They probably understand it as an examination of many blood values.
Please check if the thyroid values and the iron stores (ferritin) were included. It would also be interesting to know if the inflammation markers were tested, as without this information I can't write much.
In any case, a lung function test should be done to see if the asthma has significantly worsened and if the medication (which you unfortunately did not mention) needs to be changed. If the results are normal, I would also consider getting a chest x-ray to not overlook any lymph node enlargements there.
That's all I can contribute for now, maybe you can tell me how the lung function test went and if the mentioned values were taken.
Thank you!
Sincerely, Dr. Gehring
