Are these normal signs?

I fell off my horse on Thursday, had a helmet on but hit my head on the side. I felt fine so I didn't go to the doctor. I didn't have any headaches. Today, 3 days later, I feel dizzy and have trouble thinking. Last night I also felt nauseous. Are these normal symptoms? I really don't like going to the hospital.

These could well be late consequences of the fall.
Do you currently have headaches? Do you have vision problems? If so, you should see a doctor for further clarification.
Please continue to observe yourself, take it easy. Relaxation and rest would be best.
