Reflections with general anesthesia

Good day,
I am 63 years old and have no health complaints. However, I have not yet had a colonoscopy (and no prostate examination other than ultrasound and PSA - which was normal) and no gastroscopy. I unfortunately have extreme anxiety before these examinations, which is probably psychologically based for me. It doesn't help if someone tells me that I won't feel much or anything at all with light anesthesia. A few years ago, I had all my teeth extracted in the upper jaw and implants placed - All-on-four - with general anesthesia, which I tolerated very well.
Therefore, my question is: can these two or three examinations be done under general anesthesia? How can I find out who can do this? Doctor? Hospital?

Greetings
Of course, these examinations can also be done under general anesthesia. This is not uncommon for so-called anxious patients. However, you will have to make several phone calls to doctors who offer these examinations before you find one. An alternative would be to have this done in the hospital, where an anesthesiologist is regularly on site. You may also be able to find information through an internet search engine if you enter colonoscopy, anxious patient, and general anesthesia.
I hope you will find what you are looking for quickly.
Best regards
