How can I deduct the commission from taxes?
September 4, 2019 | 25,00 EUR | answered by Steuerberater Knut Christiansen
Now I own a UG company, maybe soon I will sign an NCDMA contract for a person as a commission. Can I deduct the commission from my taxes later? Or how can I deduct the amount from taxes? Under commission or consultation or how? And under which paragraph? Thank you very much.
Dear inquirer,
Unfortunately, the term "NCDMA contract" is unfamiliar to me. However, in principle, you can deduct all amounts as operating expenses that are related to the income of the UG and do not have a private character. So, if you pay a commission fee that is business-related, it can be recognized as an operating expense. You can book the amount, for example, under external services.
