Hello,

I was terminated on December 31, 2015. I had a gross annual income of 42,800 euros. I will receive my last salary payment in December. Starting in January 2016, I will receive unemployment benefits (ALG1) of approximately 1,200 euros. And the severance payment of 61,890 euros is scheduled to be paid out in January 2016.
What do I need to consider in order to correctly apply the tax advantage?
