Recording of divorce costs as operating expenses

I am a sole trader and have been divorced. On my property there is a residential house and a commercial building. The share of the commercial building in the total property is 30%. In the divorce process, my ex-wife was awarded a sum of money for the property. The division of the money into business and private is not specified in the divorce papers.

1) Can the amount of money I have to pay to my ex-wife, amounting to 30%, be recorded as a business expense? (acquisition, legal costs, etc.)
2) Would this then be considered an extraordinary expense that directly impacts the business expenses?

Thank you in advance. I would greatly appreciate a prompt response.
