Company car 1% rule

Hello,

On my payroll, my company car (car usage 1%) is listed at the top as gross with 331€ (list price 33,100€).

At the bottom in the net section, it says:
Leasing car contribution - 33.44€
Car usage - 297.56€

This results in a net deduction of exactly 331€ and 331€ gross on the salary.

Is this correct? I thought that these 331€ on the gross salary would be taxed and the net amount should be lower.
