I could receive goods directly from a subcontractor X on behalf of another company Y, which will pay the subcontractor X, but the invoice will be issued in my name (purchase price incl. VAT). I could then sell the goods at an auction, for example, and receive a 10% commission including fees. How does this all look legally, and how would it need to be recorded when I issue an invoice to the buyer and the money is deposited into my bank account? I could keep the commission including the fees immediately, and the rest would go to the principal.
