Hello, thank you for answering my question. So, because you are talking about profit, do I only have to pay taxes on the profit from my side job, which is about 150 euros per month, at around 15 percent, or do I have to pay taxes on it together with my main job salary? I already have tax deductions for my main job.
So, basically just profit from the side job? 150 euros profit, of which 15 percent is about 22 euros, right?
Thank you and Happy New Year!
Hello!
Yes, for your main activity, income tax is already withheld. Therefore, both activities will be reported together in the income tax return and the income tax to be assessed will be determined. However, the income tax on your wages is already deducted as an advance payment on the income tax. Therefore, you would only have to pay approximately 15% tax on the profit from the secondary activity. At 150 EUR per month, this would be around 22.50 EUR or 270 EUR for 12 months.
