Dear questioner,

I would like to answer your online inquiry based on the information you provided summarily as follows:

In order to be protected works, the stones would have to have a so-called "creative height," meaning they would have to be a clear product of a separate creation.

This does not seem to be the case to me already.

Furthermore, you acquire the stones, so at least the right to use them passes to you.

Therefore, you can build and sell your figures, as there are no apparent restrictions on the right to use (if there were any protection at all).

I hope to have provided you with a helpful initial overview. I would like to thank you very much for your trust. I am available for any further questions and representation of interests.

Best regards,
