Differentiability of similar websites regarding warnings
Good day, I have recently created a website for my company with xxx-yyy.de (exact page attached). There was already a website in the form of xxxyyy.de, without the hyphen. The owner of that website does not have a business domain there, but only a 1&1 link list with offers. The provider registered their domain years before I did. The xxx and yyy (a federal state) are not protectable as they are not trademarks, so there is no trademark infringement. Question: What about the issue of warnings? Are the similarities between the domains too close to each other? Since file upload is not working, I am happy to send the web addresses via email.
