My niece constantly insults me on the internet on the website "Wer kennt wen". I have evidence for this, can I file a complaint against her even though she is only 17 years old? And can you represent me in this matter?

Dear questioner,

an advertisement is possible even if the suspected perpetrator is not yet of legal age.

In principle, the criminal liability for defamatory and untrue, or not proven true statements is governed by §§ 185 (insult), 186 (slander), and 187 (libel) of the Criminal Code.

The question of whether criminal behavior exists is only possible after knowledge of the statements made.
