What information needs to be included in my general terms and conditions?

Dear lawyer,
My name is Tobias Weber and I operate an online shop where I sell various products. Lately, I have been receiving more and more warnings because it seems that my General Terms and Conditions do not comply with legal requirements. I have so far only used a few standard terms and conditions from the internet without customizing them to my needs.
My concern now is that I could continue to receive warnings and incur high costs as a result. Therefore, I would like to know which information must be included in my terms and conditions in order to act legally safely. Are there specific clauses that I should definitely include to protect myself from warnings?
I have already tried to inform myself on the internet about the topic, but due to the many different pieces of information, I am somewhat overwhelmed. That is why it would be very helpful for me if you could provide me with specific guidance on how to adapt my terms and conditions to be legally secure.
Thank you in advance for your support.
Sincerely,
Tobias Weber
Dear Mr. Weber,
Thank you for your inquiry regarding your General Terms and Conditions (AGB) for your online shop. It is understandable that you are concerned about potential warnings and want to ensure that your terms and conditions comply with legal requirements.
A clearly formulated and legally sound AGB is of great importance to protect yourself from warnings and legal consequences. Your terms and conditions should include all relevant information that is transparent and understandable to your customers.
First and foremost, it is important that your AGB are clearly and understandably formulated. Avoid technical terms and legal language that your customers may not understand. Additionally, your AGB should include information on delivery times, shipping costs, payment terms, returns policy, and warranty. Information about your contact details, imprint, and privacy policy should also be included in the AGB.
It is advisable to have your AGB reviewed by a specialized lawyer to ensure that they comply with legal requirements. A lawyer can also insert specific clauses that can protect you from warnings. Some examples of such clauses are liability disclaimers, provisions for choice of law, or a severability clause.
It is important to note that AGB should be tailored to your specific business. While standard terms and conditions from the internet can serve as a guide, they should always be adapted to your specific needs.
I strongly recommend that you have your AGB reviewed and, if necessary, adjusted by a specialized lawyer to legally protect yourself and avoid further warnings.
I hope this information was helpful to you. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Best regards,
Greta Kleine
