I had a surgical reduction of the inferior nasal turbinates done using a laser. Where the doctor passed the instrument over, the nasal mucosa was so severely abraded that the bone is visible. "sensitive tissue," commented the doctor. Is it likely a malpractice error that could lead to compensation?
