Scoliosis
First of all: I have scoliosis and my right shoulder also "hangs" a bit. Tension headache is also abundant. Massages and physiotherapy in recent years have not helped much. I also have an office job where sitting for long periods is not exactly beneficial. For about 2 weeks now, I have had occasional pain that starts from my head, goes over the edge of the shoulder blade, sometimes into the arm, then continues over the buttocks (feels like muscle soreness) and goes down to the leg. It is greatly intensified by prolonged standing or sitting. The doctor prescribed painkillers and said it's just from the scoliosis. However, that cannot be the solution. I would rather address the root cause. Where does this pain come from and how can I alleviate it without medication?
