Left convex misalignment of the cervical spine

Hello,

I have the following questions. Last week, I had an MRI done due to dizziness and recurring strong pain in the lower area of the neck leading to the right shoulder.

According to my family doctor (general practitioner), the findings are as follows:
Left-convex scoliosis of the cervical spine
Slight bulging of C3/4 and C5/6.

According to my family doctor, there is nothing that can be done about it.

My symptoms:
When I slightly bend my head to the left and down, I experience persistent vertigo that remains if I don't quickly move my head in some other way;
Tingling in the right pinky, ring, and middle fingers;
Pain like stabbing knives in the last cervical vertebra before the shoulder starts, the pain radiates towards the shoulder, which then partially feels numb.

Should I just accept what my family doctor says or should I go to an orthopedist on my own initiative?

Perhaps important: I work at a law firm and spend about 8 hours a day in front of the computer.

Thank you for your help.
