Bronchial Carcinoma
Hello,
the following diagnosis:
Bronchial carcinoma (moderately differentiated, moderately squamous cell carcinoma) with lymphangiosis carcinomatosa pulmonis, known COPD (FEV1 28%) Known hypertensive and coronary heart disease with status post infarction and PTCA and Stent (RPLS) T2-3/N2/Mo
Patient is 73 years old and otherwise healthy.
What does this diagnosis mean exactly, what are the chances of recovery approximately, and what therapy would you recommend? I need a second medical opinion.
