Labor values, high blood pressure
Good day,
my blood pressure values have been in the range of 160/100 for years - medication Metoprolol 100mg.
The laboratory values have deteriorated within 2 years (2008 and 2010) as follows: Leukocytes (5.41 now: 5.07), Ery (5.2 now: 4.8), Hemoglobin (15.7 now: 14.7), Hematocrit (44.3 now: 41.5) - MCH and MCV are constant.
The cholesterol level has dropped from 168 to 165, the potassium level remains constant at 3.3. The Glom. Filt. Rate has dropped from 85 to 78 - Ref-value from the laboratory (80-140) and the creatinine level has increased from 1.01 to 1.08.
My question: do I have to fear an incipient kidney damage due to the high blood pressure? An MRI examination in 2008 (at Radiology) and an ultrasound examination in 2009 (at Urology) were inconspicuous.
