Hello, I constantly smell strongly of ammonia (urine-like), of course it is not due to poor hygiene, I can shower as much as I want, it doesn't change anything. Sometimes it smells stronger, sometimes less, but always strong and pungent, not only for me, but also for other people! I don't drink so much, but still normal I would say. I have read that it could be related to the kidney or liver? What is your opinion on this and which doctor should I see and what should I tell him? Thank you very much. Info: male, 26, 190cm, 90 kg.

Your considerations are already heading in the only right direction: you need an internal medicine examination, because first of all, it must be clarified whether a disturbance of the function of the internal organs is the cause. The kidney would be the first consideration, so a urologist may be the right point of contact. In any case, a blood test (check up kidney, liver, blood count, sugar) should be the first step. Based on the results, further considerations can then be made.
