Chest pain after taking Cialis

Dear Sir or Madam,

Unfortunately, I was naive and asked a friend for 10 mg of Cialis, as I have been suffering from erectile dysfunction for some time now. Since I only have an appointment in cardiology on March 21st and with the andrologist on April 24th, I was a bit impatient and wanted to give myself a little help with the "weekend pill".

Now 4 days have passed since taking the medication and my well-being is worse than before. I have observed the following negative and positive things about myself:

Positive:
-Penis is better supplied with blood.
-Erection has improved significantly, even though the active ingredient is no longer present in the body ?! (Cialis only works for 36 hours)

Negative:
-From the second day on, my heartbeats (felt) became stronger
-Chest pain in the middle
-Pain in different parts of the body
-Mild nausea
-I feel less resilient

The chest pain has decreased by the fourth day, my heart beats almost as calmly as before. The nausea is almost unchanged.

About me:
Male
25 years old
82 kg
179m tall
BMI approx. 26

In 1998, a congenital heart defect was corrected by heart surgery (I had a hole in the heart septum, unfortunately I do not know if it was in the atrium or in the chamber). The surgical variant with opening the chest was chosen for me (maybe this helps). I do not take any medication for my heart surgery.

During intercourse or running 100 meters (I tested it under supervision), I do not notice any pain except for feeling more out of breath and less resilient.

Since I had heart surgery on the heart septum and now problems have occurred with the Tadalafil active ingredient, I ask for your advice on whether I should reschedule my cardiology appointment as soon as possible, or if I can calmly wait until March 23rd? Am I in any danger?

Thank you very much!
