Back pain
About a week ago, while showering, I bent down and felt a slight pull or crack in my lower back!! I then had pain when standing up and turning over while lying down!! The next day, I sat for about an hour and when I stood up, my lower back felt briefly numb! After that, I had no more pain, just when turning over while lying down! For the past few days, however, I have had a numbness/tingling sensation in my hands and feet, and a numbness in my back with a slight pressure - what could be causing this?
