Brownish spots in the shoulder area
Hello,
I am male and 36 years old. I have noticed three brownish spots in the shoulder area. I am not sure how long they have been visible. Therefore, I cannot determine if they have increased in size. The spots are flat and brownish. (See attachment).
What could this be?
