What happens to a garden area (= standalone asset) after demolition and reconstruction?
Is the following allocation correct?

Manufacturing costs for garden (10 years):
- Expenses for the garden that arose due to the new construction
- Replacement of hedge at property boundary

Maintenance of garden (immediate expenses):
- Trimming hedge during construction phase
- Reseeding lawn after completion of construction phase
- Painting garden house
- Renewal of electrical connections in garden house
