Assessment notice for unified property value and property tax.
In 2008, I added an extension to my owner-occupied single-family house (living area 94 m² + basement 19 m² + plot of land), increasing it by 77 m². Following this, the tax office issued a new property value and land tax assessment, resulting in an increase of 78%, with the land tax rising from €342 to €610. In response to my objection, the tax office stated that the assessment is based on the income approach method, not on the actual value. They have requested the review of the assessment based on the following documents (plan, assessment, objection, response) and a proposal for further action.
