Refund requests for overpaid health insurance contributions
In the context of a UG insolvency, I had a payroll audit by the pension insurance. There were both back payments and credits from the individual health insurance funds. However, overall, too much contributions were paid. Naively, I assumed that the amounts would be offset against each other and the overpaid amount would be refunded. After some research, I now realize that I have to apply for the offsetting. After reviewing the refund applications, I have given up. The payroll audit took place in October 2019 (decision dated 28.10.2019). According to my information, the deadline for applying for a refund is coming up soon (2 years?).
Therefore, I urgently need assistance with the refund of the overpaid contributions. My offer should not include the processing of the refund applications. I would be very grateful if someone would fill out the applications for me for a corresponding fee. (Please make me an appropriate offer). I have the complete report of the payroll audit (which I could email).
