Hello,

I am the managing director of a GmbH and would like to be on unpaid leave for approximately 8 months in order to focus on my evening studies.

Now the question is, how can this be implemented in terms of accounting with the tax office.

Does the GmbH necessarily have to pay a salary to a managing director?
