Unlimited tax liability due to established residence in Europe.
As a German citizen, I am considering moving to Asia. In Europe, I would like to have a furnished apartment for short stays such as holidays and as a mailing address. Since I do not want to pay taxes on my worldwide income in the country where I have the furnished apartment and therefore do not want to create complicated, expensive tax returns, I am looking for a country in Europe where I can have a small furnished apartment and do not have to pay taxes on my worldwide income if I live there for less than 180 days per year, or even just 29 days. For me, countries in Southern and Eastern Europe such as France, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Andorra, Slovenia, Croatia, and Switzerland are my top choices, but I am also open to other countries.
